Hello and good evening! Welcome to the very first page, structure, and content of our training program, it is so very intriguing and exciting!!! Wow!! What we have in mind are various levels, don’t know what they will be called officially so let’s just wing it for now.

Level 17: Run 3.10 miles in 33 minutes without stopping. Perform the following body weight exercises: 15 full pushups (knees off ground), 40 situps (fingers locked behind head), 45 squats (butt below the knees), 3 minute beginner plank, and 1 full pullup (no chinups allowed). Your age is 60 years old or younger. You are completely debt free now in your personal life, all loans paid off, no consumer debt, you owe less than $100,000.00 in business debt. Your rainy day fund is in place and is at least 6 months times your monthly expenses. Now you are moving up into an elite status, great job!

Level 16: Run 3.10 miles in 36 minutes without stopping. Perform the following body weight exercises: 10 full pushups (knees off ground), 25 situps (fingers locked behind head), 30 squats (butt below the knees), 1.5 minute beginner plank.

Level 15: Run 3.10 miles in 38 minutes without stopping. Perform the following body weight exercises: 6 full pushups (knees off ground), 15 situps (fingers locked behind head), 20 squats (butt below the knees), 1 minute beginner plank.

Level 14: Run 3.10 miles in 40 minutes without stopping. Perform the following body weight exercises: 2 full pushups (knees off ground), 5 situps (fingers locked behind head), 10 squats (butt below the knees), 45 second beginner plank.

Level 13: Run 3.10 miles in 40 minutes without stopping. Perform the following body weight exercises: 5 full pushups (knees on ground), 10 situps (arms crossed on chest), 10 squats (anyway you can), 30 second beginner plank.

Level 12: Walk or run 3.10 miles in 50 minutes without stopping. Perform the following body weight exercises: 1 full pushup (knees on ground), 2 situps (arms crossed on chest), 3 squats (anyway you can), 15 second beginner plank.

Level 11: Walk 3.10 miles without stopping in 1 hour. You now

Level 10: Walk 3.10 miles without stopping in 1 hour 40 minutes.

Level 9: Walk 3.10 miles (5K) stopping as often as you like, no time restrictions.

Level 8: Walk 1 mile in 36 minutes without stopping, your winning!!

Level 7: Walk 1 mile without stopping, no time restrictions, be grateful. You owe less than $300,000.00 on a primary mortgage, less than $75,000.00 in consumer debt, and you owe less than $50,000.00 on a student loan, your total personal debt does not exceed $500,000.00, your total business debt does not exceed $300,000.00, your BMI is below morbidly obese, body weight matters on this level.

Level 6: Walk .7 of a mile in 27 minutes, don’t give up now!

Level 5: Walk .7 of a mile stopping as often as you like, go get it.

Level 4: Walk .5 of a mile in 20 minutes, you can do this, we believe in you!

Level 3: Walk .5 of a mile stopping as often as you like, no time restrictions.

Level 2: Walk .2 of a mile in 8 minutes stopping as often as you want.

Level 1: Walk .2 of a mile (or push your own wheel chair) with no time restrictions, take your time, relax, have fun! You can be as far in financial debt as you like here as none of it matters yet, your BMI can be as high as you want, blood pressure doesn’t mean anything, body weight doesn’t matter here, you are welcome! Unemployment is OK, you don’t even need to have your own business, all levels of disability are welcome. If you are currently actively addicted to anything (including cigarettes and or marijuana), and or are continuously intoxicated then you are not welcome until you have 3 months of complete abstinence. Alcohol is allowed ONLY if you can abstain for 1 month without drinking a single drop, after you have proven you can live sober. If you have been convicted of a violent crime you are not allowed in the program, unless we vet you very carefully with a full background check and you have proven to society that you are no longer dangerous.
